All shipments are handled from pick-up to delivery by efficient couriers, who ensure that your consignment travel on the next available commercial airline to its destination.

How to pack your goods

For using this service all pieces should be boxed and well-packed - poorly packed items will be rejected. In addition, all pieces must be individually labelled with full delivery address (full postcode required), including consignee details.

ONE SIMPLE RULE: IF ITEMS MOVE INSIDE THE PARCEL, THEY MAY BREAK!

• Choose a suitable size box, made from a suitable material
• Each item should be wrapped separately
• Pack the goods in the centre of the box
• Choose and apply your preferred packaging material
  a) Polystyrene Chips
  b) Polyethylene Foam
  c) Bubble Wrap
  d) Shredded Paper
• Secure the parcel with packaging tape - Not with sello tape
• Attach a label or write the details clearly
• If re-using an old box, remove all previous address labels
• Ensure all liquids / powders are securely sealed
• Mark parcels over 25kg as heavy
• Mark items as fragile using capital letters on a minimum of three of the box's sides.
